'Saala Khadoos' revolves around the relationship between a coach and his protege.
The trailer of Rajkumar Hirani's sports film was launched with the cast members expressing gratitude to their respective mentors.
The makers of 'Saala Khadoos', along with Madhavan, invited their respective mentors for the event. Hirani called filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra, Siddharth Roy Kapur invited Ronnie Screwvala and Madhavan invited his mentor Kamal Haasan.

Directed by debutante Sudha Kongara Prasad, the film features Madhavan in the leading role, as a boxing coach, who has a reputation of being a hard task-master.
The film's female lead Ritika will be seen essaying a boxer in the film. It weaves a story around how a coach prepares Ritika to create a place for herself in the world of boxing.
'Saala Khadoos' is a film by Rajkumar Hirani Films and Tricolour Films in association with UTV Motion Pictures and will hit the theatres on January 29, next year.
