Nature's secrets
I prefer natural remedies to artificial ones. I have been blessed with pimple-free, normal skin, so I can get away without getting into skin treatments. My skin reacts very well to yoga and the occasional steam and sauna. Its gives me a natural glow and makes it look ten times healthier. Skin treatments are superficial; they do not give us a healthy glow from within.

I do cleanse and moisturise my skin religiously every night. I use an astringent before moisturising. However, I am a little lazy about performing home remedies. That's my mom's department. When she prepares something, she uses it on my sister, herself and me. I do take a good clean up once in three-four months when I feel that I need a little exfoliating. I do go to spas as well, but not for skin treatments. I only get massages and nail care done. I have never taken a facial in my entire life. I use a very good sun tan lotion with 30SPF. It's also important to retouch it every four hours. To remove a tanu00a0-- tomato juice and rubbing potato peel on the skin is very effective.
Tips for readers
You have to drink lots of water. And yes, definitely avoid smoking or drinking. Try and sleep enough. And if possible, include yoga in your daily life. It can do wonders for the skin.
