Sajid-Wajid paid a special tribute to their late father music composer Sharafat Ali Khan at his 40th day prayer meet. The duo had prepared an AV which showcased their father's journey from Saharanpur to Mumbai

Jackie Shroff, David Dhawan, Varun Dhawan, Bappi Lahiri, Udit Narayan, Anu Malik, Anees Bazmi, Prabhudeva and Sunidhi Chauhan attended the condolence meet. Elder son Sajid was honoured with a turban in the pagdi ceremony.
