Priyanka Chopra to be paid a whopping Rs. 6.50 crores for Salman Khan's Bharat

According to reports, Priyanka Chopra to take home a whopping amount for her comeback Bollywood project, which is, Salman Khan's Bharat

After carving a niche for herself in the west, Priyanka Chopra is all set to make her comeback in Bollywood. The actress has chosen Salman Khan's film, Bharat as her comeback project. The film will be directed by Tiger Zinda Hai director, Ali Abbas Zafar. In terms of Priyanka Chopra's pay-cheque for Bharat, a DNA report states that the 35-year-old will be taking away Rs. 6.50 crores for Bharat.


Salman Khan and Priyanka Chopra have earlier worked in films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi and Salaam-e-Ishq and God Tussi Great Ho. Bharat will bring them back onscreen together after nearly ten years. On joining Bharat, Priyanka Chopra had earlier stated, "Bharat it is! I'm looking forward to begin shooting this film and working with Salman Khan and Ali again after a considerable time. I've learnt a lot from them in our previous collaborations and am excited to see what this one has to offer. I'm also looking forward to working with Alvira and Atul and the entire team of Bharat.To all my well-wishers who've been so patient and supportive… thank you for your constant support and I'll see you all at the movies!"


This will be Ali Abbas Zafar's third outing with Salman, with whom he has worked with in Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Bharat will release on Eid 2019. The film is an official adaptation of 2014 South Korean film Ode to My Father. It is produced by Atul Agnihotri's Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Kumar's T-Series.
