What happened when Akshay Kumar made Paresh Rawal go on a publicity blitzkrieg?
Paresh Rawal who is also producing the comedy drama OMG Oh My God! featuring Akshay Kumar in a cameo isn’t a huge fan of major promotional activities. He prefers to stay low-key and let the film do the talking. But as he is the film’s co-producer and the film is based on his play Kishen v/s Kanhaiya, Paresh has been stepping out with Akki.

Given the warm friendship he shares with the Khiladi, Paresh decided to go ahead with a taxing promotional schedule. Everything seemed fine for a while but all wasn’t well with the versatile actor’s health. He was feeling dizzy and finally had to be sent back home.
It later became known that Paresh wanted a day off due to his ill-health but it was the Khiladi who dragged him on to the sets for shooting the promotional videos. Interestingly, Akshay was the one who had to finish the shoots on his own.
An eyewitness says, “When the show was being shot, Paresh was quiet through most of it and it was quite apparent that he wasn’t enjoying his time. Later, the shoot had to be brought to a halt. Paresh was about to faint due to the loud sounds and flashing lights. Finally, the crew had to take the decision to let him go and Akki was left alone to promote the movie.”u00a0
