Param Gill found himself in a unique situation with his Hollywood and Bollywood films competing against each other at the 22nd San Francisco Global Movie Festival.

His Bollywood film, 'DOA: Death Of Amar' won the Audience Choice Award and Best Score. His Hollywood film, 'Last Supper', won in five categories including Best Director for Param Gill.
The award comes with a cash prize of $100,000. His dream run continued as he was immediately signed for another suspense thriller by Narendra Bajaj of Sidhivinayak films.
'DOA: Death of Amar' is a suspense thriller produced by Remo D'Souza Entertainment and stars Rajeev Khandelwal. Param started his career in the US with Rockin Meera in 2009 which played at several film festivals. He followed it up with a thriller, Hotel Hollywood, which recovered its budget on the first day of release.
'Last Supper' is his third film in Hollywood which is set for a Thanksgiving release in North America.
