Malaika Arora is a fitness freak and a regular at her workout studio. Extreme weather conditions also do not stop this 'gymoholic' from attaining the perfect physique and staying fit. On Thursday, the actress posted photos of her doing pilates, which also accentuated her toned physique. The pilate form sure looked very tough and it requires immense dedication and strength to pull it off.

She posted photos on her Instagram account thanking her trainer Namrata Purohit for pushing her enough to get these forms right. "Some #midweekmotivation ...... staying fit makes me feel happy, motivated, energetic n all things positive .i like to push n challenge myself, jus to be a better version of me.doin this requires a lot of strength n concentration.thank u @namratapurohit for pushing me n these pics #shadowplay (sic)."
Malaika is also setting fashion goals with her gym look. Recently, she was spotted sporting a black cropped top with figure-hugging grey gym pants. The attire clearly highlighted her abs that have brewed over the time with a dedicated diet and combination of gym, pilates and yoga. Malaika, often shares her fitness regime with her followers. She has started a routine of 'Monday Motivation' on her Instagram page, where she shares a workout video of hers.
Malaika Arora married Arbaaz Khan in 1988 and they got divorced in 2016. They have a son Arhaan, who turned 15 in November 2017. Although Arbaaz Khan and Malaika Arora have parted ways, both maintain an amicable relationship and have even been spotted together during family outings. Arbaaz Khan is often spotted enjoying dinner with Malaika's sister Amrita and her family.
