After slipping into Raveena Tandon's shoes for the new version of '90s chartbuster Tu Cheez Badi Hai for her next film, Machine, Kiara Advani is now gearing up to meet the original Mast Mast star for the first time. The young actress will show the first cut of the recreated track to Ravs soon.

"She is the only person I want to show the song to. I want to know her reaction to my look. I am wearing a red dress in the song; there's a black outfit too," says Kiara, adding, "Every '90s kid has danced to the song at parties and weddings. Raveena ma'am's iconic dress and steps were the coolest things we knew as kids. I love the nostalgia it renders."
Choreographed by Bosco Martis, the steps are "nothing like we remember". "We are not even trying to touch or recreate anything. It would be unfair to tamper with old steps or tunes. Our song is a snazzy, new-age club number and the steps are more Western. [But] The lyrics is more or less the same. Since Neha Kakkar is joining Udit Narayan on the mic, her lines have been altered slightly. But fans will hear it only for the signature tune," she says.
