Known for her zero size, Kareena Kapoor Khan never fails to give Monday motivation to her fans. In a recent picture uploaded by celebrity trainer Namrata Purohit, Kareena can be seen sweating it out in the gym.


She wrote, "#MondayMotivation + #MondayMissing Kareena practicing the abduction with a squat, this one requires a lot of control and focus!."



In order to shed all her pregnancy weight, the 37-year-old star has been taking up rigorous fitness regimes to attain the same. Kareena is quite the fitness freak. She is a regular practitioner of Yoga along with hubby Saif Ali Khan and best friends Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora Ladak. 

The actress was last seen in Veere Di Wedding with Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Shikha Talsania and Sumeet Vyas.
