Kajol, who is all set for the release of her second Tamil outing, 'VIP 2', said she had been lied to by director Soundarya Rajinikanth and co-star Dhanush. "They lied through their teeth," she told reporters at the launch of the film's music, as she confessed the duo told her she wouldn't need to speak in Tamil if she agreed to do the film.
"I was very nervous before I accepted the film ('VIP 2') because it's difficult to speak and act in another language... Dhanush and Soundarya came over and lied when they said, you won't have to speak in Tamil if you agree to do the film. But they proved me wrong on the first day when I got a long script with two scenes and huge dialogues," the actress said. Kajol however was quick to add that their lies helped her overcome her phobia.
