He is 73, but continues to look young and fit. Veteran actor Jeetendra could give actors half his age a run for their money. Known as Bollywood’s Jumping Jack, much of his healthy glow thanks to his personal nutritionist, whom son Tusshar Kapoor has got on board.

Although Jeetendra has always followed a balanced diet, Tusshar continues to watch his health. He wants him to follow a diet specially designed to suit his age. The nutrionist now visits the veteran twice a week and draws up a diet plan. Jeetu never cheats, and the results are already showing.
