We were the first ones to tell you that Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan will not be hosting the Filmfare awards this year.
And now it's official. In stead of the two Khans, another Khan (Imran) and a Kapoor (Ranbir) are jointly hosting the awards next Sunday.
A source spills the beans, "Ranbir and Imran are good friends and have a great equation.
They both are polar opposites, with Imran being shy and reserved, while Ranbir is a total brat.
They have worked on a hilarious script and plan to have a ball at the awards." Apart from the duo, Farhan Akhtar and Karan Johar too will host a segment.
Matchmakers all
This was indeed a unique way to promote a film. To celebrate the release of Kisse Pyaar Karoon, the producer of the film launched a contest called the I Love U contest, which enabled guys and girls across the city to express their feelings and confess their love to their crush.
The contest asked the senders to SMS their crush's name and mobile number so that the organisers could give their crush a call on their behalf and convince them to accept their admirer's proposal. The organisers received more than 10000 SMSes.
The finale of the contest was held at MIG Cricket Club, Bandra in the presence of Aashish Chowdhry, singer Shaan, Yash Tonkk, Actress Simran Sachdev, Shakti Kapoor, director Ajay Chandok and the 100 couples who were selected from the SMSes.
Spotted
A few nights back, at around midnight, Hrithik Roshan was seen near a famous Juhu cigarette-wala. The shop is in the same lane as Duggu's residence.
He was dressed in blue jeans and white shirt and a cap. The setting however looked like a car show of some sort.
There were three different luxury cars parked and Hrithik was chilling with some local boys while enjoying a late-night smoke.
Dancing to success

Slumdog didn't work for me!
Aamir Khan in an interview to a news channel has spoken about his opinion on Slumdog Millionaire. When asked what he thought of the film, Aamir says, "I have seen Slumdog and the film didn't work for me.
This is my personal view. I can understand why the film is being appreciated around the world. Outside India, people see it with a lot of fascination and feel quite engaged to the story.
But for someone who lives here, the film goes over-the-top. Nevertheless, I am very happy that the people are liking the movie."
Interestingly, Aamir's Taare Zameen Par didn't make it to the Best Foreign Film category despite his intense lobbying!
