The actress had been away for a long outdoor in Ambala for her Punjabi film. In between she also travelled to Kargil for an Army event as well as recently in Taiwan for a trade event. That apart she kept zipping around the country for her brand endorsement events as well as for the promotion of her film.u00a0She says, “I used to look forward to my time in the aircraft to catch up in the sleep. That was the time I could really switch off not only the mobile but also myself from everything. I can doze off on a plane seat within minutes of the take-off.”
Neha’s last B-Town outing was Maximum with Sonu Sood earlier this year. In her forthcoming film set in the media world, her character has shades of grey and working with Emraan was a particularly enjoyable experience. She says, “Emraan is certainly enjoying a great moment of his life currently. There is finally an enigma around him. I am glad that the film is releasing at such a time.”
She holds the film important to her. “Even though it was begun by the late Shamin Desai, his wife Priya completed his dream. Priya is a dear friend. The entire unit has been supportive during her trying times and ensured that the film was completed. When we were dubbing, it was as if Shamin was watching us,” says Neha who will shortly begin shooting for Rensil D’Silva’s film being produced by Karan Johar.u00a0
