Getting great hair seems like the easiest feat to achieve. At least that's the impression actress Monica Bedi gives us. She says that staying happy is her secret to long, lustrous hair. She tells CS how she doesn't believe in stressing over her tresses:u00a0
>>u00a0I love my hair. I am blessed with very good, long, thick hair genetically. Since I have wavy hair, I can get any hairstyle I want without too much difficulty. My profession is such that I have to blow dry my hair or use hot rollers very often, which tends to damage it. Also, I have to stay in tune with the trends, which means colouring my hair often. So, since there is every chance of damaging it in the process, I make sure that I take good care of it by oiling it whenever I can. I also go for hair spas regularly. I always follow up a shampoo with a conditioner that suits my hair. I don't belive in experimenting much with hair products.
>> I have kept my 'dadi's nuske' with me, which helps me stay beautiful, but in a healthy way. Besides oiling my hair, keeping it tied is also healthy.
>>u00a0According to me, eating healthy is a must for great hair. Oily and unhealthy food is not only bad for your hair, but also your skin. Fresh fruits and green veggies are an important part of my diet. I thrive on salads and milk products.
>>u00a0Stress and pollution can adversely affect your health. We need to manage our stress levels. Happiness is the most effective therapy; it is a boon for your hair and skin, and moreover it is free of cost, so everyone can definitely afford it. So be happy, if you want your hair to look good!
