Karan Mehra might be very busy with his TV serial Bidaai, but he still manages to make time for fitness. He tells CS how he manages to stay in shape:
>>I enjoy gymming and have been sweating it out since the last eight years. I do cardio for one hour or mixed strength training for an hour and a half.
>>I don't believe in following any specific diet. For me, home-made food works best. But I do make sure that I drink lots of juices and eat a lot of fresh fruits. And yes, I stay light years away from junk food.
>>I live on sports, especially soccer. Though I might not have learnt the sport, I can safely say that I am fairly good at it. I play it with my friends in my neighbourhood.
>>The other thing that keeps me fit and healthy is swimming. It's a complete body workout.
