Bunnies, deer and other animals galloped on the runway in designer Aartivijay Gupta (above left) and Sneha Arora’s (above right) lines. Other nature-inspired motifs liked was by Siddhartha Bansal.
Tassel accents
Tassels are still big. Masaba Gupta used it for earrings (above left, in pic), for sari pallus as well as for suit accents. Shivan & Narresh (above right) showcased bejewelled versions.
Gota patti
Bridal wear is a must-try for most Indian designers and that includes the glittery gota patti work in various forms. Seen here in Jayanti Reddy (above right) and Anita Dongre’s (above left) collections. Reflective embellishments also featured in Yogesh Chaudhary’s and Monisha Jaising’s collections.
Off-shoulder and one-shoulder
Let the sun glaze your shoulders with off-shoulder and one shoulder tops like those by Neeta Lulla (above left) and Payal Khandwala (above right). Dhruv Kapoor and Verandah Prive also embraced the trend.
