Pluto Mehra, the dog, plays a pivotal role in the multi-starrer film.
"In order to make the dog act and lick him, Farhan put a face pack of vanilla ice cream all over the face. And then the dog came running and licked it all," Ranveer Singh, Farhan's co-actor in the film, told reporters here today.
Farhan said it was very exciting for him to have the dog lick his face.
