An 'evil' mirror featuring in the trailer of Prawaal Raman's next, Dobaara See Your Evil, has triggered intrigue among movie buffs. Cashing in on the curiosity, the makers have installed unbreakable mirror standees at multiplexes and are challenging cine-goers to try and break the mirror. Each failed attempt is met with a 'Try Dobaara' response.
The idea behind this exercise is to communicate the evil powers of the mirror; it may crack or dent, but won't shatter. This concept has been created using elements of security-based and interactive technologies.
Huma Qureshi, who stars in the film, "The idea behind this mirror activity is to give the audience a first-hand experience of what happens to us in the film."
Her actor-brother, Saqib Saleem, who also features in the film, says, "Since it is a key character, we thought of making the audience meet the mirror and see if they can do what set out to achieve — break the mirror."
The film is set to release on June 2.
