From photographs across social media, Martin seems like he was happy to get clicked with the Indian celebrities. He was casually dressed in a white T-shirt with "Love" written on it.
Also present at the dinner, which was organised at a hotel here, were Shankar Mahadevan, Loy Mendonsa, Farhan Akhtar, Shraddha Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi and Sussanne Khan, apart from officials of Wizcraft International Entertainment and Viacom18.

Sridevi and Boney Kapoor's daughters Jhanvi and Khushi, and Anurag Kashyap's daughter Aaliyah, too, made the most of the moment and got photographed with Martin.
Vivek, who posed with his wife Priyanka and Martin, tweeted: "An amazing evening with the incredible Chris Martin of Coldplay. Great guy, using his voice for humanity."
Sussanne, who thanked her brother Zayed Khan and former husband Hrithik Roshan for her special moment with Martin, tweeted: "Epic Moments of a lifetime with my Chris Martin. Amazing heart, your love has made me shine?"
Martin is here for GCFI. He is not just the curator of the gala, but his world-famous British boy band Coldplay will also make its maiden full-show performance here on Saturday.
The gala, set to take place at the MMRDA grounds here, is focused on creating an impact in areas of education, equality, and clean water and sanitation.
GCFI will also feature international artistes like band The Vamps -- who, too, have arrived here -- apart from Jay Z and Demi Lovato.
Among Indian celebrities who will be present at the gala are Amitabh Bachchan, A.R. Rahman, Shah Rukh Khan, Freida Pinto, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Katrina Kaif, Sonakshi Sinha, Parineeti Chopra, Monali Thakur and Arijit Singh.
