Given that he has happily been part of films that revolve around infertility and erectile dysfunction, it's not surprising that Ayushmann Khurrana is a propagator of modern choices.
"I endorse pre-marital sex," the actor tells mid-day, adding, "In our society, we encourage arranged marriage. Marriage is an important aspect of one's life. It's always good to test the waters before jumping in," says Khurrana, whose next, Shubh Mangal Savdhan, deals with the subject of erectile dysfunction.
Should two adults consent to such a relationship, Ayushmann Khurrana says, it should be encouraged. "What will the couple do if there's a problem they learn about after getting hitched? In our film, the lead protagonists are in love, and support each other. But, that might not always be the case."
