Ashutosh Gowariker is in Brisbane for the ongoing Indian International Film Festival of Queensland.

The filmmaker, whose period-drama, Mohenjo Daro will be the closing film, and will be screened tomorrow, did the opening honours on Wednesday.

Priyanka Chopra's Marathi production, Ventilator opened the festival.
