Weight and watch
I always try and change my fitness routine. I workout with weights four times a week, and the other three days I do cardio, yoga and cross fit training. There is no day when I don't exercise. Being a gym fanatic, I workout for two hours at least, all days of the week. Sometimes, I even hit the gym twice a day. I'm also particular about my diet and eat five small meals throughout the day.
A fat chance
I am conscious about fitness because I know what it's like to be fat. I used to be quite overweight in my youth. When I entered college I became conscious and shed off a lot of weight. But that was after a lot of trial and error with my diet and exercise. Since then I have always exercised regularly. I am now addicted to exercise. For me fitness means being in good shape and being physically and mentally strong. It means leading a healthy lifestyle.

Sport on
I'm a part of the Mumbai heroes cricket team, and I also love playing squash, tennis, table tennisu00a0-- basically all of the racket games. I've been into sports since the time I was in school. I then excelled at shot put and discus throw. Unwinding is a great way of feeling and looking healthy. I am fond of playing video games, be it the PSP or Xbox. I also like spending time with my son, nephew and niece. Kids are great fun to be with. Playing with them is relaxing and distracts you from all your worries.
Fitness tips
Don't over-stress your body, pamper it regularly. A good balanced diet coupled with regular exercise of an even 30 mins is enough. Make sure you spend enough time with your loved ones, as mental fitness complements physical fitness!
