On Monday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, along with mother Vrinda Rai and daughter Aaradya Bachchan visited a hospital, to mark her father Late Krishnaraj Rai's birth anniversary. It was a memorable day for the family but there was one thing that irked Aishwarya- the shutterbugs. The media was constantly clicking pictures, which led the kids at the hospital and Aaradhya scared. She had said, 'I am asking you all to keep silence. You don't need photos of all this. Me and you belong to this business, but all the others present here don't. Please show some respect. This is not a premiere, this is not another public event.' After it became too chaotic, Aishwarya lost her cool and became teary-eyed after requesting them over and over again to remain calm and composed since many children were in the room.

Post this incident, the Bachchans have decided to curtail daughter Aaradhya's public appearances. A source close to the family told Deccan Chronicle, "Aaradhya has been taught by her mother Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to handle the paparazzi. Being so young, she already understands that she's part of a family that's constantly in the public domain, and she will be clicked wherever she goes. Aaradhya handles the cameras like a pro."
But now the kind of attention Aaradhya is getting, has got the Bachchan clan worried. "What happened on Monday was not right at all. Aishwarya had gone with her mother Vrinda Rai and Aaradhya for an event to a hospital. To commemorate her father's birth anniversary, she donated the cost of surgery for 100 children with cleft lips. It was, by all means, a solemn occasion. Not caring about the gravity of the situation, the photographers jostled, screamed and argued," added the source.

"It's way too much attention for a child her age," told the source to the daily.
