Luxury Empire Township Phase 1 (formerly known as Colours Discovery) in Boisar East, Palghar, Maharashtra has revived the dreams of 150 families through the successful completion of the project. This significant achievement highlights the commitment and expertise of Veenaa Developers Pvt Ltd (VDPL). Launched in 2011, this project faced some initial setbacks. However, VDPL’s intervention in 2013 initiated a positive change.

In 2013, VDPL took on the sole selling and marketing rights and the civil construction contract for 22 buildings, and re-launched the project during the Guddi Padwa festival. An extensive marketing campaign across Mumbai, featuring advertisements in leading newspapers, billboards, and railway stations quickly attracted numerous homebuyers from Mumbai and its suburbs. Within a span of six to eight months, more than 150 units were sold, reinvigorating investment interest in Boisar, which was then a booming area. This was made possible by a team of 15 dedicated marketing experts and also around 150 construction workers.
Between 2015 and 2019, the project had suffered temporary setbacks. VDPL, however, managed to steer through the challenges with determination, ensuring that support was extended to all involved agencies as well as clients. The efforts on their part set up a strong base for the project’s success in future. In 2019, the company's commitment to the project led to decisive discussions with stakeholders, finally resulting in a renewed pledge to complete the development. This determination to deliver on their promises signifies VDPL’s firm loyalty to both its clients and the undertaking. There were further delays following the onset of Covid-19 in 2020. By 2023, despite the prolonged wait, an association was formed for Phase 1 customers and regulatory authorities to have a clearer communication route.

A significant milestone was achieved when, on February 12th 2024, VDPL officially took over the project and executed a conveyance deed for the land. It began anew, creating anticipation and hope among 150 families. On April 6th, the project reached its second major milestone when the New Developer took peaceful possession of the land along with purchasers’ family & association committee members. On this pivotal day, Veenaa Developers also installed a new board on the site, symbolizing a fresh start and marking the collective achievement with all purchasers present.
To further celebrate this progress, a Pooja ceremony was organized by VDPL on May 19th, uniting all purchasers in a heartfelt celebration. This ceremony not only marked a new beginning but also underscored the developer’s unwavering commitment to enhancing the project and fulfilling the long-awaited hopes of the families. Current Status:

Once this approval is granted, construction work will commence in full force, with the aim to complete the project within 12 to 15 months. This final step will bring the long-awaited homes to the families who have patiently awaited this new chapter.
After 11 years of persistence, it is finally possible for 150 families to receive their homes.
