Chennai recently played host to a grand event, One For Music, which was held on 23rd September, 2023 and showcased the diverse range of Indian music, art, and culture. The Sankhole Pragathipara Trust is supporting the event with assistance from the Ministry of Culture, Government of India. Held in early August, it brought together talented artists and enthusiastic audiences for a memorable celebration of India’s creative legacy.


One For Music, organised by the Sankhole Pragathipara Trust, served as a powerful platform for celebrating Indian music forms and cultures from various regions. The event’s impressive turnout underscored the community’s deep appreciation for cultural heritage. The venue was transformed into a grand spectacle, with an impressive stage setup that left attendees in awe.

The government grant played a crucial role in ensuring the safety and success of the event. Police support and fire engines were on standby while the stage, sound, light, creative direction, and LED board created a visually stunning experience.

The audience was treated to mesmerising performances featuring multiple bands, artists, dance performances, and more. These talented ensembles brought to life the diverse musical traditions of India, captivating the audience with their skill and passion. The event’s immersive atmosphere created a memorable experience for all attendees.
