Cosmoprof India, a premier event for the beauty industry, impressed attendees with its remarkable growth and a wide range of innovative products and services.


A Fashionable Debut

The event kicked off with a spectacular fashion show, featuring the Audrey Collection by renowned designers Paras and Shalini (Geisha Designs). Inspired by timeless elegance and modern individuality, the collection showcased a stunning blend of vintage sophistication and contemporary style.

A Growing Platform

This year, Cosmoprof India expanded significantly in terms of exhibition space. The three day event featured over 700 exhibitors and brands from around the world, including a strong international presence with 57% of exhibitors coming from outside India.

Industry Leaders Share Insights

Several industry leaders shared their perspectives on the growth and potential of the Indian beauty and personal care market. Yogesh Mudras, Managing Director at Informa Markets in India emphasized the increasing demand for sustainable, natural, and personalized products, driven by rising disposable incomes and a growing focus on personal wellness.

Vipul Chaturvedi, CEO, Lakme Lever highlighted the growth of the Indian salon industry, driven by rising disposable incomes and urbanization. Lakme Salons, with a focus on innovation and customer-centric services, is poised to expand its footprint across India.

Samir Srivastav, CEO of LOOKS SALON noted the rapid transformation of the Indian beauty and personal care market, driven by increased internet penetration and a growing demand for advanced grooming services.

Sainath Jain, Founder at HIVADO shared insights on the growth of the men's grooming industry, driven by cultural shifts and a rising demand for advanced grooming solutions. Hivado, a next-generation men's grooming brand, is experiencing significant growth and expansion.

Nikhil Kalwani, CFO of LUZO, further added that the $28 billion beauty industry, growing at 28% CAGR, is driven by non-metro cities. Emerging markets like Chandigarh, Gwalior, and Aurangabad are experiencing unprecedented growth surpassing even leading metro salons. LUZO is leading this growth and expanding to cities like Hyderabad,  Chennai, Kolkata, Lucknow by 2025. The company also plans to tap international markets by 2026.

Mahesh Ravaria, Co-Founder & CEO at Beauty Garage India stated the company's rapid growth and focus on innovation and consumer-centric solutions. Beauty Garage is expanding its product range and distribution network, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.

The COSMOPROF INDIA and COSMOPACK INDIA AWARDS recognised the most outstanding products in the Indian beauty industry. The awards ceremony, featuring a fashion show curated by Paras and Shalini, celebrated innovation, new technologies, and latest trends in the beauty and fashion industry.
