Practising morning, afternoon and evening prayers daily instills discipline and aligns the body with nature, enhancing both mental and physical well-being.
Satsang/Discourses:
An essential part of the Shivir, these discourses provide real-life guidance on health, spirituality, cultural beliefs, moral values, and personal growth, with examples that make them relatable and actionable.
Chanting and Meditation:
Chanting and meditation are important tools that promote harmony between the mind and soul. They help reduce stress and bring peace into one's life. In these Shivirs, even beginners receive step-by-step guidance, practising alongside experienced participants.
Yoga Asanas:
Yoga is an integral part of the Shivir, supporting physical well-being, which in turn benefits mental and emotional stability.
Cultural Events:
Cultural activities and teachings about festivals make spiritual knowledge more lively, creating a visual and emotional connection that aids in well-rounded development.
Reading Scriptures:
The scriptures of Sanatan Dharma, interpreted by Bapuji in simple language, are explored in these Shivirs to make ancient wisdom accessible to everyone.
Diving into Spirituality:
Spirituality here is about experience, not strict rules. Bhaktimay dance, bhajans, and kirtan allow participants to immerse in faith and devotion. This enables individuals to free themselves and dive into spirituality, creating a transformative atmosphere that can only be experienced live.
Complete Wellness: Nutrition for Body and Knowledge for Mind
For nation-building, it is essential to enhance the IQ, EQ, and Spiritual Quotient of children and Gen Z, as many from these generations are drifting away from their cultural roots. The Shivir is carefully designed to instil moral values, strengthen cultural bonds, and foster spiritual principles. This seven-day camp also promotes Ayurvedic well-being through seasonal, healthful food. Cow products, which are popular among participants, are a staple, and Panchagavya-a medicinal blend of five desi cow products known for its therapeutic benefits, even in conditions like cancer-was also served to attendees.
