Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated that the Digital India mission initiated by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is now fulfilling every need of the common people like a "Kalpavriksha" (wish-fulfilling tree). Innovations such as zero-balance accounts, online transactions, and e-registration have made life simpler and more convenient for everyone. He emphasized that "Sampada-2.0," based on new technology in Madhya Pradesh, will become a milestone in the digital revolution of online document registration, setting a standard for the entire country to follow. Previously, individuals had to visit offices for document registration and other services, but now, through the portal and app, everyone can benefit from these services from the comfort of their homes. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav launched the "Sampada-2.0" portal and mobile app for the new e-registration and e-stamping system at the Kusha Bhau Thakre International Convention Center on Thursday.

Dr. Yadav mentioned that the Central Government has assigned two significant tasks to Madhya Pradesh. The GIS work for 120 cities will be completed through the IT department via the Science and Technology Department. Additionally, GIS labs will be established in all districts, which will benefit the state. He remarked that Madhya Pradesh is making significant advancements in the IT sector. The state government is working towards a paperless system alongside innovations in IT.
Describing the features of "Sampada-2.0," Chief Minister Dr. Yadav explained that it is an advanced technology-based software integrated with the Revenue and Finance Department, Urban Administration, GST, and unique ID databases. The location-based collector guideline rates for land will be accessible through the app. The software will enable property GIC mapping, biometric identification, and document formatting. There will be no need for personal presence for document registration; verification and registration can be done from home. Applicants will receive a soft copy of the document via WhatsApp and email.
Under Prime Minister Shri Modi's guidance, the state is continuously innovating. The new "Sampada-2.0" system is being implemented in line with the Prime Minister’s vision for ease of living, making the registration process seamless, simple, and corruption-free. Citizens will benefit from the new e-registration and e-stamping system, allowing them to sell and register their properties from home. This system will enable online registrations not only from the state but also from outside the state and country, saving time and freeing individuals from unnecessary charges.
Engagement with E-Registration Participants
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav established a virtual dialogue with citizens benefiting from the new "Sampada-2.0" e-registration and e-stamping software. Surendra Singh Chakarwat from Hong Kong informed Dr. Yadav that he registered a "Power of Attorney" document for Ratlam through "Sampada-2.0" while in Hong Kong. Similarly, Dr. Shakti Malik, a 78-year-old resident of Jabalpur now living in Delhi, also registered a "Power of Attorney" document online using the system. During the conversation with Dr. Yadav, Dr. Malik expressed his satisfaction with the new system and noted that tasks that previously required a trip to Ratlam could now be done from Delhi.

In a virtual conversation with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Mr. Mariano Matias from Spain noted that e-registration has not yet begun in Spain. He thanked Dr. Yadav, stating that what has not been achieved in Spain has been successfully accomplished under his leadership. It is noteworthy that the online registration of the work contract for the Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation was completed through "Sampada-2.0" by officials of the corporation, Mr. Mariano Matias Alvarez from the company Ayesa Ingeniera Y Arquitectura S.A.U. from Spain, and Mr. Pushpendra Gupta (Ayesa India Pvt Ltd).
Madhya Pradesh is a Leader in Digital Registration Processes in the Country - Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Devra
Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Jagdish Devra stated that Madhya Pradesh is a leading state in the country's digital registration processes. Under the direction of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the simplification and improvement of "Sampada-2.0" has progressed rapidly. Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to implement a transparent online registration system for documents. After successful pilot projects in 4 districts, it is being rolled out statewide. The completely paperless process eliminates room for errors, and the mobile app provides immediate access to guideline rates for any location. Mr. Devra congratulated and wished success to the software development team.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored officials and employees who excelled in the registration department with certificates of appreciation. At the event, a film highlighting the "Sampada-2.0" portal and app was showcased. Dr. Yadav was presented with a memento of Lord Krishna as a token of gratitude from the Commercial Tax Department.
