Ashwinder R. Singh’s journey isn’t about following a set path-it’s about creating one. As Vice Chairman & CEO of BCD Group and partner at BCD Royale, he leads the real estate development arm, bringing together financial expertise and urban planning. His transition from banking to real estate wasn’t a shift; it was an evolution.

Before stepping into real estate, he spent years in finance, holding leadership roles at Citibank, ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank, and Bajaj Housing Finance. Numbers, risk, capital allocation-these were his foundations. But impact lies in building, not just financing. As CEO of JLL Residential and the co-founder and first CEO of ANAROCK, he helped shape two of India’s leading real estate firms.

As CEO at Bhartiya Urban, he played a key role in developing a 150-acre township, redefining urban living. With BCD City, that experience finds new ground in an integrated township designed for the future.

Beyond business, he remains deeply involved in shaping the industry’s direction. As Co-Chair of CII’s Real Estate Committee, he’s part of the conversations that influence policy and market shifts. A renowned keynote speaker, real estate influencer and a 3X bestselling author, he translates industry trends into real-world insights. His book won Best Business and Money Book of the Year in 2024, the same year he was recognized as the Iconic Leader of Indian Real Estate.

But achievements are just waypoints. Success isn’t about what’s been built-it’s about what’s next. Markets move, industries change, and standing still isn’t an option. What matters is the work ahead.
