Q2: You’ve acted in Bollywood and Hollywood productions. Has your background in acting influenced your approach to fitness?
Absolutely. Acting demands complete body control, expression, and physical adaptability. Pilates has helped me become more aware of my movements, balance, and posture, which directly translates to on-screen performances. Well the name Celeb Pilates stems from a simple belief: every individual is the center of their universe-and who wouldn’t want to feel special? This brand isn’t about putting my name on a title-it’s about creating an identity that stands for something bigger. The purpose matters more than the nameplate.
Q4: You mentioned that untrained instructors are saturating the market. How has this impacted your profession, and how do you stand out?
The fitness industry, especially Pilates, requires deep knowledge of biomechanics, movement precision, and technique. Unfortunately, many people claim to be experts without proper certification or experience, which can mislead clients and dilute the effectiveness of the practice. At Celeb Pilates, we focus on precision and personalization. We ensure that every movement is performed correctly so that clients reap maximum benefits. This commitment to quality sets us apart.
