Swetlana Singh seems to be a new brand in the making!
A very confident & smart IPR Coach & Advisor with working experience across various Law Firms, Startups, LPOs & Multinational companies such as SAP Labs. One of the rarest in the field of IPR with the US Patent Bar Exam Qualifier Tag. She has also been a speaker at various universities including IITs.
Has a great passion for IP & has mentored many who are now heading IP teams in multinational companies.
But what attracts the most is that despite being in the substantial & serious IP Law business with significant leadership designations like CEO, director, prosecutor, VP, board member, advisor, coach, etc., she does not hesitate or shy away from showcasing herself as an artist.
Amazing that in her 40’s she dared to start following her passion of music. It's surreal to watch & listen to her on Spotify, Gaana, YouTube, etc. Astonished that she’s not only singing but also into lyrics/writing & music composition. Diving deep she is also a poet with a poetry collection “aatma-manthan” on her name. Bowled by this multi-faceted personality.
As an Artist- she is a singer, lyricist, writer, music composer, poet & performer. As an Engineer- she deals with inventions, innovations, inventors & new technologies daily. As an IP Law Professional- she prosecutes & defends her client’s interest in front of technology officers/Examiners (Patent Office). She is not yet a mass influencer or great in numbers- subscribers or media content still we call her a brand in the making because her content is qualitative & targeted to very selective audiences/classes. She is taking it slow enjoying it at her own pace but we feel she is progressing superbly & elegantly.
She says “Never stop exploring yourself” as we have an amazing world inside us. She believes in “live & let live.” And a firm believer that “love & romance is the very driving force” for a pure Pisces (both sun & moon sign) like her. She says perfection is thrilling & boring at the same time & nobody can be truly perfect but she also believes that “everyone is perfect for someone.”
From how-can-one-be-happy-alone to loving herself & enjoying her own company the most- she says “Mostly people grow/learn/change because of hurt & pain so pain is not that bad. It makes you wise. If you don’t like being alone, it means you don’t like your own company & that's sad because then you constantly seek someone. That's a serious problem.” She says “Nothing is more amazing & peaceful than just minding your own business. It's when you seek no one, interestingly, then only you find that special someone. Seek yourself & you will get/find everything you have ever asked for. God has its own sense of humour. You should never select someone out of loneliness/need. Out-of-love selection means when you don’t need them at all, it's just out of pure love/desire. Selection out of loneliness can make you happy but never gives you that ultimate happiness.” She is spiritual & believes in karmic connections, soul bonding, twin flames, etc. She loves Tarot cards & aspires to be a good TCreader someday. Her inspiration is her father (who, she says, always taught her to be financially independent & be on her own even if being a king’s daughter/wife) & her mother (who, she says, always taught her how to be strong enough to face the truth, challenges, & realities of life).
She says “Everything is short-lived & fades or dies with time. Nothing is permanent or forever including your name/fame/work/ possessions/etc. The only thing that's truly yours & which you carry with you, the very indispensable part of you- is your karma. Rest everything is a myth. So just enjoy what you love doing, make some time for yourself to do something that really makes you happy- like music is for me at the moment.” She believes that purity in thoughts & intentions decides good karma. A devotee of Lord Hanumaan & Mata Rani she has immense faith in God & says “life is worth living if it's purposeful & dedicated to Almighty”.
