Hitachi offers an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), where customers can call the customer service number, +91-79-7141-4848, and enter their registered mobile number. If the system verifies the mobile number, a ticket will be raised, and the customer will receive an SMS notification.

Automated WhatsApp Chat
There is also an Automated WhatsApp Chat service. Customers can send a "Hi" message from their WhatsApp account to the company's WhatsApp customer service number, + 91-75-6788-4848, to activate the WhatsApp Chatbot. After verifying the mobile number, users can select from a range of options, including new product registration, complaints, and inquiries, with tickets being raised accordingly.

Customer Care App
For those who prefer smartphone apps, the Hitachi India Customer Care app is available for free download from the Android Play Store and the Apple App Store. The app offers various services, such as product registration, raising concerns or questions, resolving previous complaints, and managing an AMC for the product.

Live Chat Feature (Website)
The website also features a Live Chat option, accessible by clicking on the message "Need Help? Chat with us!" in the lower right corner of www.hitachiaircon.com/in/. Users can select the appropriate option in the chat box and proceed without needing to speak to anyone.

Non-Automated Channel:

Contacting Customer Care Executive
Some customers, particularly the elderly, may find the automated process overwhelming. For these individuals, Hitachi offers a more traditional approach that involves human intervention. Customers can connect with a customer care executive by dialing the customer care number. If they encounter any issues with the IVRS, the system will automatically divert the call to a customer care executive, who will assist in resolving the problem.

Email
Customers can also contact Hitachi Cooling & Heating via email at customercare@jci-hitachi.com. An automatic reply acknowledging the email and providing a request tracking ID will be sent instantly.
