Md Maskur Ahmed

Born and brought up in Saran, Bihar, Maskur is a Khan by religion and has seven brothers. His father, Israr Ahmed Khan is a social worker and his mother, Anjum is the head of the family. He completed his early education in Saran from the Manpur Middle school and the Islamia High school. Following which, he did his graduate studies from the Patna College of Commerce.

Coming from a family that has a political background, it comes as no surprise that Maskur followed in the same footsteps. While pursuing his graduate studies, Maskur became a student leader and a youth social worker in his district. He went on to continue his political ambitions and won the elections for the Zilla Parishad in 2016 by a winning majority. In the following year, he was appointed as the District Deputy President for the Janata Dal United.

During the Covid 19 pandemic, Maskur made major contributions with his constant efforts and proved that he was a born leader. His contributions were also featured on a national television channel. For all his hard work, Ahmed has been a person to watch out for among his peers. His work led him to being appointed as the youth District president of the Rashtriya Janata Dal Party in 2020 by none other than Tejashwi Yadav.
