1. In the ever-evolving MarTech landscape, what inspired you to start Tagglabs? Could you tell us about the initial vision and how it has evolved over time?

The genesis of Tagglabs was sparked by my fascination for cutting-edge technologies. During my job hunt back then in 2010, I realized there wasn't a position that could satisfy my desire to work on innovative tech products, propelling me towards entrepreneurship. Tagglabs initially emerged in 2011 with a goal to assist retailers in harnessing social media for sales via Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tools. However, the advent of smartphones prompted a re-evaluation of our model. By 2018, I pivoted Tagglabs towards a MarTech entity specializing in virtual event solutions, inspired by the surge in online content consumption, especially live event streaming. The market lacked professional solutions for orchestrating online events, a gap we aimed to bridge by offering comprehensive online event organizing solutions. The pandemic underscored the demand for our services, propelling us on a growth trajectory. Our vision has since broadened to include not just online event solutions, but also continuous exploration of tech avenues to enrich virtual interactions, paralleling the engagement of physical interactions.

2. Tagglabs has a strong focus on data-driven marketing. Can you describe some of your company's data analytics and AI-driven products and how they assist firms make better marketing decisions?

The essence of Tagglabs lies in our dedication to data-driven marketing, realized through our array of analytics and AI-powered products. These tools unravel complex data, extract actionable insights, and assist firms in refining their marketing strategies for enhanced resonance and results. It not only evokes a sense of national pride and unity but also showcases the innovative spirit of blending technology with creativity to enhance the spectator experience. The video bridges the gap between the event and the viewers, painting a vivid picture of the collective hope, excitement, and the undying love for cricket that resonates across the country.
