Our recent campus drive at the renowned JC Bose University of Science and Technology, formerly known as the YMCA University, stands as a testament to this ethos. Our discussion with Mr. Rajesh Kumar Ahuja, the Head of the Training and Placement Office, was the driving force behind organizing the drive. Spanning three days, the drive was meticulously crafted to ensure that we identified not just skilled individuals but also those who aligned with our company culture and values. Drawing over 200 students eager to join our mission, the drive encompassed a rigorous five-step process designed to unearth the best talent.
The orientation session served as a pivotal introduction, offering aspiring candidates a glimpse into the heart and soul of ColleGm. Here, current employees passionately articulated our company's mission and values, instilling a sense of purpose and belonging in each attendee. Building upon this foundation, the written aptitude test meticulously evaluated candidates' competencies, ensuring alignment with the demands of the role and the ethos of our organization. Following this, the group discussion round provided a dynamic platform for candidates to not only demonstrate their communication and teamwork skills but also to engage in lively exchanges that showcased their critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with thought-provoking Economic, Social, and Technological topics at hand.
The highlight of the drive was the elaborate face-to-face panel interview, featuring seasoned professionals - Deepak Kumar, Meenakshi, CA Eshan Loiya, Manan Goel, Deven Yuvraj, and Krish Kalra in the panel. This rigorous evaluation process ensured that only the most qualified candidates progressed to the final stage —an HR interview aimed at ensuring alignment between candidate aspirations and company goals, leaving no room for mismatches.
The drive's success reaffirmed our commitment to fostering talent and building a skilled workforce. As we look towards the future, our vision extends beyond borders, aiming to transform ColleGm into a global powerhouse in financial literacy. To achieve this, we plan to expand our talent pool further by visiting more campuses and conducting similar drives. Together, let's embark on this journey of growth and excellence, propelling ColleGm towards unprecedented heights.
