Shweta Tiwari along with her kids and mother headed for a vacation to Rishikesh

While they stayed at luxurious hotel, they took a day out to have a picnic in the mountains

They set up tents on the mountains and took a hike and got food along with them for a day in nature

Shweta looked cool in a pair of blue shirt and blue denims. While Palak opted for a yellow summer dress for the day. Shweta`s son was seen in a floral shirt

She also shared a picture of Palak and her son Reyansh posing together. Palak recently made her acting debut with the film `Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan`

She also shared a video of her and Reyansh climbing up the mountain. In the background, Palak is seen helping her grandmother
