Toast & Tonic in BKC has unveiled a new menu that blends bold flavours with global inspirations.
From Himachal apples in Caramelised Apple and Beetroot Salad to locally made burrata cheese in Burrata 2.0, every dish celebrates unique regional flavours.
Apart from non-veg dishes, the menu also keeps vegetarian food in focus with delights like crispy brussel sprouts with garlic yogurt & pomegranate molasses.
To end the dining experience on a sweet note, there is an artisanal gelato selection and desserts like kunafa cheesecake.
The in-house mixologists have created quirky new concoctions like the Popcorn Caramel and Purple Patch.
