EC rolls out voter awareness program

ECI said that Banks and Post Offices will now carry out voter awareness campaigns across the country

Accordingly, ECI has signed MoU with Indian Banking Association and Postal Department on Monday

ECI said that the messaging will reach a wide audience through 1.6 lakh bank branches, over 2 lakh ATMs & 1.55 lakh Post Offices in the country

ECI clarified that MOU signed with Indian Banking Association & Postal department is to amplify voter education and outreach ahead of 2024 Lok Sabha Elections.
