He blocked me for over a week!

I am a 22-year old woman and have been in a relationship with a guy for the past seven years. There have been a lot of ups and downs during this period, but we never gave up on each other. Things have changed over the last few months though. My boyfriend gets irritated whenever we talk and tries to avoid me as much as he can. We recently got into a fight, and he blocked me for more than a week, which has never happened before. We began speaking again two days ago, but I am the one taking the initiative because he doesnt seem to be interested. I even asked him to tell me if he doesnt want to continue this relationship instead of ignoring me. He responded by saying he wasnt ignoring me but was simply busy with office work. This is getting very toxic, and I am depressed because I have invested years of my life on him. I have tried to explain what I am going through, but he just doesnt care. Because of this, I cant focus on my career, and it is very tough for me to break up. I love him so much.
