Meet a person with a skill you can use

Mental health has become an issue for millions during the pandemic and Monga, who lost her father to COVID-19, started free consultations online for anyone who needed help. Her empathetic personality drew her to the study of psychology, which in turn brought her peace and a sense of purpose.
During the lockdown, Monga noticed a surge in the number of people reaching out to her for help with anxiety or sleeping problems. She believes through self-evaluation and consulting a trained professional, one can accelerate the treatment and avoid reaching a breaking point. It’s not just people in distress who should contact her, says Monga. She can also help people make their way towards their goals through appropriate therapy.
