Meet a person with a skill you can use

Vaithianathan was working at a media house, When something told her to quit that and get into yoga for her well-being. At the time, she never thought she’d teach yoga, let alone to kids. She has trained in Hatha Yoga from The Yoga Institute, and in Ashtanga Vinyasa from Indea Yoga, Mysore. Vaithianathan feels that every differently-abled child is unique and a lot of creativity goes into planning their lessons, as it’s super tricky to get their attention. She talks to them to understand their likes, dislikes, and hobbies. This helps her curate personalised sessions.
