Give it a try as pastry chef Anees Khan of StarAnise, a boutique patisserie in Bandra, will teach you the basics of French bread making and jamming techniques. The two-hour food master-class will take you through all the steps of baking French breads and bottling delicious fresh fruit jams. Nov 19- 21, 11 AM- 7 PM: If you’ve gawked at machine-made pashminas, attend an exhibition by Kashmir Loom that will exhibit authentic Lena Cashmere scarves, throws and shawls. A brainchild of textile historian, Jenny Housego and her Kashmiri partner Asaf Ali, Kashmir Loom works to preserve the ancient techniques of spinning yarn with local artisans. The exhibition will be followed by a film screening of Pashmina Road by Errol Rainey and Isaac Wall.

Visit an organic farm

Watch a dance performance
Nov 18, 5 PM:12 PM:  Despite the judgment passed in April 2014, that recognises transgender as the Third Gender, there’s a long way to go. Godrej India Culture Lab will host a performance by Dancing Queens, a transgender-led dance contingent, curated by Fulbright scholar Jeff Roy. The dance reveals what it means to identify as a transgender in India.

Capture a butterfly on the go

Nov 21, 7 AM: Butterflies make for exciting subjects with their vivid colours, wing patterns and surroundings.
