Make merry for a cause
Non-stop entertainment, delicious food and loads of shopping avenues are just the fringe benefits at The Woofs and Hoofs Carnival — the annual fundraiser by the Bombay Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (BSPCA). The carnival, which attracts animal lovers from across the city, has planned fun food from Joss, pop and retro band acts, games for kids by Banoo Fit Kids as well as the Symphony Orchestra of India’s special carnival performance. At the heart of all this merriment is the opportunity to learn more about the Do’s and Don’t’s of having a pet at the Mutt Hutt Cafe. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards the repair of the BSPCA’s animal shelters.
