For those who believe World No. 2 Novak Djokovic is a dominant force in world tennis, here’s a contrasting opinion. Tennis legend Martina Navratilova believes that at least physically, the Serbian tennis champ is far from intimidating, let alone the dominance factor. In fact, she believes Djokovic’s physical appearance is weak having lost too much weight recently.

“You can't be too skinny, you can't have too low body fat,” Navratilova told Jon Wertheim of the Tennis Channel recently.

This could lead to a situation where Djokovic will struggle in longer matches, felt Navratilova (60) considered to be one of the greatest female tennis player of all time.

“You need that body fat when you head in a long match. It seems he has no reserve,” she added.

Last year, at Roland Garros, Djokovic had revealed that he was on a diet that only comprised vegetarian food and fish. “It’s been almost a year now. How do you call that? A pescatarian, vegan with eating a little bit of fish here and there,” he had said.
