Former American gymnast Aly Raisman has revealed that she tries to keep anxiety at bay before going to sleep.

“It’s really important for me to do something, whether it’s stretching or a type of meditation, to help me sleep better at night. I have found that anxiety, or just overthinking things—which can also be anxiety for me—is so draining and exhausting physically too,” remarked Raisman.
