F1 star Lewis Hamilton sells NY penthouse for Rs 369 crore

Brit Formula One star Lewis Hamilton has sold his New York penthouse for £37million (approx Rs 369 crore) even before moving into another place. 

According to The Sun, the seven-time world champion, 36, has sold his penthouse in Tribeca, a building where celebrities like The Weeknd, Justin Timberlake, Harry Styles, Jake Gyllenhaal and Rebel Wilson have stayed. 

Hamilton also owns a penthouse in London worth £18million (approx Rs 179 crore), a Monte Carlo retreat and another penthouse in New York in the same building as National Football League superstar Tom Brady.

Hamilton’s penthouse which he sold, is an 8,900 square feet one with three floors. It has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and also a glass-walled terrace. 

It has an outdoor plunge pool, a library with a gas fireplace, chef’s kitchen and a private internal lift.
