According to news.com.au, the 216-acre island is a few minutes away from Miami by ferry or private yacht. The area has private beaches with sand imported from the Bahamas, 17 community tennis courts and former residents include TV show host Oprah Winfrey, Hollywood star Julia Roberts and tennis great Andre Agassi.
The couple’s new residence is an upgraded version of their earlier one which they bought for USD 17.5 (approx Rs 126 crore) in 2018 and sold for USD 21 million (approx Rs 152crore) last February.
