The duo are in Mumbai for a week-long pilates session in Santacruz with fitness expert Sameer Purohit. Pilates is a form of exercise that helps muscle balance, core strengthening and stability, reduces stress and provides back pain relief.
Both Sindhu and Srikanth shared pictures from their training session on Twitter.

The duo has a packed schedule ahead of the Olympics and the fitness training they are undergoing in Mumbai is sure to stand them in good stead.
20-year-old Sindhu has the Uber Cup (May 15-22 in Kunshan, China) and two Super Series events — Indonesian Open (May 30-June 5 in Jakarta) and Australian Open (June 7-12 in Sydney) before heading to Rio. 23-year-old Srikanth, meanwhile, will be skipping the Thomas Cup and taking part in The Indonesian Open and Australian Open before the Games.

While World No 10 Sindhu has shuttle queen Saina Nehwal for company in the women's singles event, Srikanth is going to be the lone Indian male in the singles category.
World No 12 Srikanth is aiming to break into the World Top 8 before the Rio Games by the cut-off date for the men singles draw to increase his chances for a medal. That's because seeds 5-8 will play seeds 1-4 only in the quarters, while 9-16 will play in the pre quarters at the August 5-21 Rio Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
