New Delhi: Second-seed Somdev Devvarman marched into the men's final of the USD 100,000 ATP Delhi Open Challenger with a convincing victory over fourth-seed Evgeny Donskoy.


Somdev, India's top ranked tennis player, beat the Russian 6-4, 6-2 in an hour and 29 minutes at the Delhi Lawn Tennis Association (DLTA) Complex.


Somdev, who was knocked out in the semis of the earlier two Challenger tournaments in Chennai and Kolkata, reached his third career ATP event final with the victory over the 114th-ranked Russian.
