It may be recalled that the RWITC stewards, in their earlier order passed on October 30, had held Pesi Shroff guilty of vicarious liability on account of two horses trained by him--Maisha & Arrivederci--testing positive for banned substance O-Desmethylvenlafaxine.
The ace trainer, who defended himself at the board of appeal hearing regarding all technical matters, took help from a prominent club member, Fali Poncha, as his spokesman to sum up why he felt he was being denied natural justice.
